The Director of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering will lead the designing and developing of machinery and equipment to optimize the manufacturing operations at various facilities and varying product lines to support high-volume manufacturing growth. Qualifications • Must possess a bachelor's degree in engineering and 10+ years of experience in an Advanced Manufacturing Engineering role. • Must have a minimum of 4 years of management experience including budget management and performance appraisal responsibility. • Ability to develop detailed plans and timelines. • Excellent cross-functional communication skills, both verbal and written. • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs; MRP/ERP business software and Solidworks. • Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record for occasional travel. #J-18808-Ljbffr
