Your Impact
As Director of Compliance Operations, you will own compliance with CMS and payors, managing facilities, accreditations, and licenses. You will design processes, run operations, and build a small team focused on accurate, timely, zero-defect execution.
What You'll Achieve
- Maintain accreditation requirements including policies, logs, training, disaster plans, and environment of care.
- Lead mock surveys and corrective actions to keep facilities audit-ready.
- Manage state DMEPOS licenses, renewals, expansions, relocations, NPIs, PTANs, PECOS revalidations, surety bonds, and CLIA.
- Track expirations and filings without lapses.
- Manage compliance for downstream entities and partnerships.
- Deliver training and implement audits to confirm adoption.
- Hire and coach a small team including licensing & compliance coordinator and QA analyst.
- Implement dashboards tracking audit cycle times, overturn rates, error categories, and license statuses.
What You'll Bring
- 5-10+ years in operations management, ideally in healthcare or regulated industries, with compliance or audit operations experience.
- Extensive experience managing operational processes with multiple stakeholders.
- Skills in process design, SOPs, controls, and trackers.
- Zero defect mindset with strong writing and citation skills.
- Ability to operate calmly in fast-paced environments and coordinate across RCM, payor relations, and operations.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $160,000 - $200,000 per year.
