We are looking for a Director of Corporate Recruiting to take ownership of our hiring strategy at a high level. This role will be instrumental in driving talent acquisition efforts, building strong pipelines, and leading sourcing initiatives across the organization.

What You'll Do

• Own and drive full-cycle recruiting strategy for corporate and key business roles
• Lead and execute high-level sourcing initiatives (this is a hands-on role)
• Build, manage, and mentor a recruiting team or serve as a senior leader/mentor within the group
• Partner closely with leadership to understand hiring needs and align recruiting efforts with business goals
• Develop and refine recruiting processes to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics to drive performance and decision-making

What We're Looking For

• Strong sourcing experience (required) – must be confident and proven in building pipelines and finding top talent
• Management or leadership experience (Manager or Mentor level)
• Industry experience in Home Improvement
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Nice to Have

• Operations experience (Project Manager, Project Coordinator, etc.)
• Experience working with subcontractors
• Corporate recruiting background

Compensation

• Base Salary: $90,000
• Bonus: $30,000–$50,000 (performance-based)
