This is a full-time, hybrid role focused on enterprise security, compliance, and risk management within a modern ecommerce and internal systems environment. The position combines leadership, technical oversight, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Tech Breakdown

• 50% Cybersecurity program ownership and technical oversight
• 25% Compliance, audits, and governance
• 25% Vendor management and stakeholder collaboration

Daily Responsibilities

• 50% Hands On leadership and technical decision making
• 30% Management duties including team development and vendor oversight
• 20% Cross-functional collaboration with IT, engineering, legal, and compliance

Requirements

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience building and scaling enterprise security programs
• Strong background in cybersecurity operations, governance, and risk management
• Hands-on knowledge of vulnerability management and security tooling
• Experience managing security teams and external vendors
• Exposure to audits, compliance frameworks, and regulatory requirements
• Ability to partner effectively with IT, engineering, legal, and compliance teams

Desired Skills and Experience

• PCI DSS experience
• SOC audit experience, with SOC 2 exposure preferred
• Background in ecommerce, retail, logistics, or enterprise operational environments
• Understanding of data privacy concepts and program development
• Experience operating in a growing or maturing security organization
