We are looking for a 12-months fixed-term Director of Digital Strategy & Enablement to elevate how we engage audiences across digital channels. As a member of the Marketing Leadership Team, you will define and drive our global digital marketing strategy, establish best practices, scalable frameworks, and digital excellence across global and divisional marketing.

How you will create an impact:

Digital strategy & transformation leadership:

  • Lead and drive a multi-year global digital marketing and transformation strategy, in close partnership with the CMO, embedding scalable, insight-led approaches aligned with growth priorities and go-to-market plans

Channel strategy:

  • Define and lead the global digital channel strategy, prioritization and orchestration of high-impact digital programs supporting all channels (e.g. email, paid media, organic search, social), including purpose, target audiences, messaging, and best practices, while establishing scalable playbooks, templates, and workflows.

Channel governance & performance management:

  • Establish governance frameworks and performance standards by defining KPIs, dashboards, and measurement models, while monitoring ROI, pipeline impact, and campaign effectiveness and embedding a test-and-learn approach to continuously optimize performance

Customer experience & campaign enablement:

  • Shape and enable a unified digital customer journey in partnership with senior stakeholders by aligning strategy, messaging, and lead generation, while supporting local teams with global tools and frameworks and driving the evolution of the marketing technology ecosystem in collaboration with IT, CRM, and Compliance teams

Stakeholder management:

  • Act as a strategic advisor and execution partner to senior stakeholders across marketing, sales, and leadership, leveraging strong influencing skills to drive alignment and translating business strategy into scalable, data-driven digital initiatives

Collaboration & team leadership:

  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and high-performing teams to deliver scalable digital solutions, combining deep expertise in digital marketing, strong commercial acumen, and experience in building capability-driven operating models and driving digital transformation across global organizations

About you:

  • Recognized leader in digital marketing with deep expertise in multichannel strategy and execution across global markets.
  • Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to operate across marketing, sales, data, and technology.
  • Experience building and leading centralized digital or capability-driven operating models within matrix organizations.
  • Expertise in designing channel portfolios, balancing brand-building and demand generation objectives.
  • Proven ability to translate business strategy into scalable, data-driven digital campaigns supported by automation and insights.
  • Experience in digital transformation, including platform selection, vendor management, and innovation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to lead change and build alignment across senior audiences.
