Director Electrical Engineering (ELT) – Berlin

We are currently seeking an experienced leader in the field of Electrical Engineering (ELT) for a leading international engineering and consulting company based in Berlin. This position is aimed at senior professionals ready to take the next step, combining strategic responsibility with operational excellence.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a highly skilled ELT team
• Take ownership of complex projects across all HOAI service phases
• Oversee planning, quality, budgets, and timelines
• Manage interfaces with internal and external stakeholders
• Actively contribute to office and business strategy

Your profile:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in TGA/ELT planning, ideally with leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of HOAI service phases
• Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication skills
• Fluent in German with a good command of English
