Position Overview

Our client, a global market leader in its field, is seeking a dynamic Engineering Leader to guide and develop a high‑performing team of electrical designers and engineers.

This role is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of engineering projects aligned with business objectives, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical direction and project leadership across engineering models, services, and capabilities
  • Offer hands‑on support to team members to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency
  • Align engineering priorities with stakeholder needs and coordinate cross‑functional efforts
  • Collaborate with other engineering leaders to optimize scheduling and project execution
  • Assess and improve engineering processes to strengthen performance and output quality

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required
  • 5+ years of professional engineering experience
  • Minimum 3+ years of leadership experience managing engineering teams
  • Proven experience implementing CAD tools and vault framework standardization
  • Background in custom or semi‑custom OEM equipment within low‑volume, high‑capital manufacturing environments
