There is an opportunity to join a growing company in Madison, WI or in the Greater Philadelphia area as a Senior Director of Engineering on a full-time, hybrid basis. This MedTech company is seeking someone to lead their software and engineering teams as they collaborate and plan strategy around both new and existing products.

This company offers a strong culture with flexible hours and a hybrid in-office schedule. They are looking for an individual with a long track record of overseeing engineering teams, experience within the medical devices industry, and comfort in a customer-facing role. A strong engineering background, particularly within device-focused environments, is highly desired.

• 30% Web

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong, demonstrable leadership skills
• Extensive experience overseeing engineering teams
• Background in medical devices or HealthTech
• Customer-facing experience, including product mapping
• Hands-on engineering experience (embedded, electrical, hardware, etc.)

Desired Skills & Experience

• Consulting experience
• Experience working across multiple product lines
• Confidence and experience working with C-level executives
