A Key Role at the Heart of Performance and Innovation

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Operational Strategies, Quality, and Innovation, the Director of Engineering is a key driver of the organization’s growth and transformation.

As a true strategic and technical leader, you will oversee all engineering activities for our plants in North America. Your mission: to structure, develop, and drive the organization’s capabilities to support our ambitions for performance, innovation, and growth.

Your Impact: • Leading the way by defining an engineering and capital expenditure (CAPEX) strategy aligned with the company’s growth • Bringing projects to life by steering large-scale initiatives from concept to implementation • Create value by evaluating opportunities, building solid business cases, and influencing strategic decisions • Accelerate innovation through active technology monitoring and the integration of cutting-edge solutions • Strengthen operations by ensuring the performance and reliability of infrastructure and equipment • Motivate teams by acting as an inspiring change leader focused on collaboration and continuous improvement • Optimize execution by managing budgets, timelines, and resources with rigor and agility • Build strong partnerships with suppliers and partners to support successful and sustainable projects

What you Bring to the table: • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial, or automated production engineering • 8 to 10 years of experience in engineering management in a manufacturing environment • Availability to travel to our manufacturing sites in North America. • Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) • Experience with large-scale projects (>$3 million); PMP certification (a plus) • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and SAP (3D software: a plus) • Inspiring leadership and excellent ability to influence and manage change
