Role

We are hiring a Director of Engineering to build and scale a customerfacing engineering organization. You will partner closely with the Director of Sales to develop a mature, scalable sales and service model, while positioning engineering as a revenuegenerating, strategic function. As the Director, you will also be responsible for building, leading, and scaling a high-impact technical organization to deliver engineered solutions, field services, training.

This role will own engineering execution endtoend, including field services, engineered fluid system solutions, custom fabrication, training, and production scheduling. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical foundation, proven project execution, and the ability to engage directly with customers as a trusted technical advisor. You ll oversee team development, capacity planning, quality, margins, and delivery while driving standardization where possible and customization where it adds value.

This opportunity is wellsuited for a buildertype engineering leader with experience scaling teams in industrial B2B environments. You ll work closely with ownership and executive leadership, have exposure to Csuite communication, and help shape the longterm structure of the business.

Preferred Qualifications

Industry experience in fluid systems, industrial engineering, advanced manufacturing, life sciences, or semiconductors is highly preferred.
