Title: Director of Engineering

Location - Denver, CO (South) **Candidates must currently reside in Denver. No relocation**

Type: Salaried, Full-time

Salary: Commensurate with experience ($180K)

Responsibilities: • Supervise and guide Engineering Team • Work directly with vendor partners and internal teams to drive Broadband product deliveries and FW releases • Work directly with operator customers to drive Broadband product trials, deployments, integrations and firmware releases related to product lifecycle • Work with our Operator Customers on deployment strategies and in-depth engineering support • Work directly with the Product Team, Sales Team, QA Team and Customer Support Team as a broadband subject matter expert (SME) • Manage requirement definition, integration and troubleshooting across current and future Broadband and managed Wi-Fi device portfolio • Advise on Broadband related technology and infrastructure to better support and test our broadband product line across integrations and FW releases • Participate in and advise on lab and equipment management and buildout as needed

Experience and Skills: • 7+ years of experience in Wi-Fi design, deployment, and troubleshooting • Experience managing and directing at least a small team of engineers • Experience with Broadband and Wi-Fi tools, software, technologies and protocols • Excellent troubleshooting, communication and documentation skills • Experience with Wi-Fi network performance optimization and managed Wi-Fi platforms • Experience with PON across multiple OLT and ONT/ONU vendors • Experience with network architecture and design • Experience with Android TV and IPTV in general is a plus • Skills: Broadband, Wi-Fi, ACS, Plume, PON, OLT, ONT/ONU, Managed Wi-Fi Platform(s), Deployment Processes, Customer Support Processes, Microsoft Office Platforms, Jira (or other), IPTV / Android TV (nice to have)

Location: This position is based in the southern location of the Denver Tech Center, and is an in-office role

Some travel: 15%
