The Role:

  • Lead Engineering, Technical Services, GIS, and Interconnection teams
  • Own construction work plans and capital planning for the distribution system
  • Ensure RUS and regulatory compliance with reporting and standards
  • Drive system reliability improvements through data-led strategy and innovation

The Person:

  • Electrical Engineering degree
  • Background in utilities or electrical distribution or power engineering
  • Proven leadership of high-performing teams
  • Working toward or already obtained PE License (any state – full support to transfer to Michigan)
