The Role:
- Lead Engineering, Technical Services, GIS, and Interconnection teams
- Own construction work plans and capital planning for the distribution system
- Ensure RUS and regulatory compliance with reporting and standards
- Drive system reliability improvements through data-led strategy and innovation
The Person:
- Electrical Engineering degree
- Background in utilities or electrical distribution or power engineering
- Proven leadership of high-performing teams
- Working toward or already obtained PE License (any state – full support to transfer to Michigan)
