Responsibilities
- Lead and manage transportation projects in Ohio, including highway, bridge, and/or traffic engineering assignments
- Support the growth and development of GPI’s Transportation Department in Ohio
- Prepare and/or review technical deliverables, including:
- Engineering calculations
- Plans, specifications, and cost estimates
- Technical reports and written documentation
- Oversee project coordination and maintain strong client relationships
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to engineers and design staff
Qualifications
- B.S. in Civil Engineering or a related discipline required (M.S. preferred)
- 15+ years of progressive experience in transportation engineering (highway, bridge, or traffic)
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Ohio required
- ODOT experience required
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or MicroStation
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and support business growth
