Responsibilities

• Lead and manage transportation projects in Ohio, including highway, bridge, and/or traffic engineering assignments
• Support the growth and development of GPI’s Transportation Department in Ohio
• Prepare and/or review technical deliverables, including:
  • Engineering calculations
  • Plans, specifications, and cost estimates
  • Technical reports and written documentation
• Oversee project coordination and maintain strong client relationships
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to engineers and design staff

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering or a related discipline required (M.S. preferred)
• 15+ years of progressive experience in transportation engineering (highway, bridge, or traffic)
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Ohio required
• ODOT experience required
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or MicroStation
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and support business growth
