As a Product Manager, you will act as a general manager for both commercial and internal products, effectively bridging the gap between business needs, user experience, and technology solutions. The Opportunity:

As part of the Product Management team, you will lead strategic and tactical efforts to create industry-leading software systems that support revenue growth. As a Director, your role will involve strategic direction setting, business development leadership, and managing multiple projects while maintaining relationships with executive clients. You will maintain a commercially focused product portfolio, develop product roadmaps, and collaborate with development leadership to ensure technology architecture aligns with product goals, establishing a strong support framework for new services.

Key Responsibilities: • Direct strategy and execution for product management initiatives. • Establish strategic direction and drive business development efforts. • Oversee and align multiple projects with overall objectives. • Build and maintain relationships with executive-level clients. • Manage a portfolio of commercially-focused products. • Create and implement comprehensive product roadmaps. • Collaborate with technology leaders to ensure alignment in architectural direction. • Establish support frameworks for new service offerings.

Requirements: • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with additional specialized training or progressively responsible work experience in technology.

Preferred Qualifications: • Possession of a Master's Degree. • Proven ability to optimize staff effectiveness for operations. • Experience collaborating with leadership on strategy and execution plans. • Expertise in developing scalable systems that enhance revenue growth. • Experience managing a commercially focused product portfolio. • Leadership experience with a team of product managers in defining requirements. • Ability to establish performance metrics and service level agreements.

The salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $423,780. For residents of Washington state, the salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $504,500. Actual compensation will depend on individual skills, experience, qualifications, and location. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
