Your Role

We are looking for a Director of Demand Engineering to lead the strategy and execution of performance marketing programs on a global scale. This pivotal role focuses on customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth by developing scalable, data-driven marketing systems. Collaborating with teams across Brand, Product, Sales, and Revenue Operations, you'll ensure our marketing initiatives align with business goals and deliver measurable outcomes throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the global performance marketing strategy across digital channels, including paid media, lifecycle marketing, and account-based initiatives.
• Design and implement audience-focused marketing programs tailored for enterprise, mid-market, and small business segments.
• Build and enhance comprehensive customer journeys that promote conversion, retention, and long-term value.
• Establish and refine marketing operations, including workflow design, automation, and lead management processes.
• Oversee vendor and agency relationships, ensuring consistent performance and execution across tools and partnerships.
• Employ experimentation frameworks, harnessing AI and automation to enhance performance and speed of execution.
• Develop and lead a high-performing team, establishing KPIs and reporting on marketing effectiveness and impact.

Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 17 years of relevant experience in marketing; or at least 15 years with a Bachelor's degree; or 12 years with a Master's degree; or 8 years with a PhD.
• Proven experience managing global or multi-regional teams and successfully building performance marketing programs across various channels and audience segments.
• Deep expertise in marketing automation platforms, paid media strategies, and audience segmentation techniques.
• Experience in designing and executing experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing and data-driven optimization.
• Ability to turn business objectives into actionable marketing strategies and operational plans.
• Strong analytical skills for defining KPIs, assessing performance, and making insights-driven decisions; familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce DataCloud, Tableau, ZoomInfo Marketing, and Atlassian/Jira is preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities with a strong track record of team development and cross-functional collaboration.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between 158,000 - 292,000 USD per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401k plan, equity-based incentives, open paid time off, 11 paid holidays, and up to 26 weeks of paid parental leave.
