Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a demand generation team, setting performance expectations and fostering a culture of accountability
- Own the demand generation strategy across all buyer journey stages, managing multi-channel campaigns and budget allocation
- Track and optimize full-funnel metrics, providing actionable insights to improve conversion rates and pipeline health
Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, including 3 years in a leadership role
- Experience with SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments, particularly in a scaled SaaS environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable plans
- Hands-on experience with marketing and sales technology stacks, including Salesforce and Google Analytics
- Experience managing external agency relationships and a scaling mindset for optimizing growth engines
