About the role
Overview
A growing, innovation-driven food company is seeking a Director of Brand Marketing to lead strategy and execution across its product portfolio. This role is responsible for driving brand positioning, go-to-market strategy, and campaign performance while aligning closely with cross-functional teams to support revenue growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead brand strategy and long-term vision across product categories
- Own go-to-market strategy and execution for new product launches
- Develop value propositions and positioning to drive differentiation
- Partner with Sales and Commercial teams on enablement and campaigns
- Build and execute targeted marketing campaigns using CRM insights
- Manage marketing budget and track performance against KPIs
- Oversee digital platforms and marketing systems
- Establish reporting frameworks and optimize campaign performance
- Lead and develop a small marketing team
- Collaborate with R&D, Operations, and QA on product pipeline and launches
Qualifications
- 10+ years of marketing experience (B2B or consumer products preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Strong experience with brand strategy, product marketing, and GTM execution
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
- Experience with CRM tools, analytics, and digital marketing platforms
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
