Job Details
You'll be the strategic and creative engine behind an exciting brand portfolio — responsible for everything from the annual operating plan to breakthrough omnichannel campaigns. Here's the highlight reel:
- Develop and execute omnichannel brand strategy — identifying where to play and how to win across retail, digital, and HCP channels
- Lead the annual operating plan and long-range strategic roadmap for your portfolio
- Own the brand P&L and manage budgets to maximize impact and efficiency
- Drive content and campaign development — from agency briefs to final execution
- Design compelling product assortments with best-in-class PDPs, SEO strategies, and feature/benefit messaging
- Build consumer and HCP promotional strategies including digital promotions, packaging, and pricing incentives
- Leverage analytics to identify growth opportunities and translate insight into action
- Lead, coach, and grow a talented marketing team — with an eye toward developing future leaders
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of brand marketing experience, ideally in consumer health, wellness, or a related lifestyle category
- BS/BA in marketing or related field (MBA is a bonus, not a dealbreaker)
- Proven track record building and executing innovative marketing strategies that move the needle
- Strong digital fluency — experiential platforms, social, ecommerce, influencer — you know the landscape
- Agency management experience and comfort leading cross-functional teams
- A data-curious mindset and the instinct to turn consumer insights into compelling brand stories
