MasTec Power Delivery is searching for a Director of Marketing to lead our marketing organization that will be involved in strategic branding and marketing for four regions and more than 20 brands. This role will lead marketing across the segment, ensuring priorities are aligned, initiatives are coordinated, and messaging supports business objectives. Partners with senior leadership to translate business needs into clear direction and oversees execution across multiple companies. Serves as the primary link between leadership, business development, and operations.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Align marketing priorities with business needs and operational goals
- Translate leadership direction into clear plans, priorities, and deliverables
- Oversee the marketing team to ensure consistent, high-quality execution
- Serve as primary liaison to executive leadership
- Prioritize and coordinate efforts across ~20+ companies
- Ensure consistent messaging, positioning, and brand application
- Guide execution across key marketing channels, including websites, social media, email communications, and marketing collateral
- Oversee development of content, internal communications, and campaigns to support business objectives and alignment
- Support Business Development with messaging and client-facing tools
- Establish processes for managing requests, timelines, and resources
- Ensure compliance with brand, legal, and company standards
- Monitor performance and provide visibility into marketing effectiveness
- Identify gaps, improve processes, and strengthen overall marketing support
- Coach and develop team members

QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of marketing leadership
- Experience in multi-company/multi-brand environment
- Strong content creation experience
- Strategic and tactical
- Experience with Business Development initiatives
- BS in Marketing or similar field
