About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a strategic, hands‑on Director of Marketing & Communications to lead and scale our brand across the Maryland, DC, and Virginia markets. This high‑impact leadership role requires both strategic thinking and operational execution, owning everything from brand positioning to lead generation and agent recruitment. You’ll shape growth by attracting qualified buyers and sellers, elevating market presence, and recruiting top‑performing agents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute a comprehensive, data‑driven marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals
• Own and evolve brand positioning across all channels and client touchpoints
• Drive digital marketing performance across social media, SEO, email, website, and paid platforms (Google, Meta, YouTube)
• Build and optimize campaigns focused on lead generation, conversion, and agent recruiting
• Analyze performance metrics and continuously improve ROI
• Partner closely with sales, leadership, and tech teams to align marketing with business objectives
• Oversee content strategy (video, social, lifestyle branding) and maintain a high‑quality content calendar
• Manage vendors, budgets, and timelines with accountability and efficiency
• Leverage AI tools and automation to scale content and marketing performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 5–10+ years of marketing experience (real estate experience strongly preferred)
• Proven success leading marketing strategy and driving measurable results
• Strong expertise across digital platforms, analytics, and campaign optimization
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and video editing
• Real estate license (MD or VA)
