Position Overview

Brimar Industries is a recognized leader in safety signage, labeling, and traffic control solutions with a strong e-commerce foundation and a commitment to product innovation. As we scale our commercial operations, marketing plays a critical role in fueling demand across direct, digital, distributor, and partner channels. We are seeking a data-driven, digitally fluent, and revenue-focused Director of Marketing to own the full-funnel strategy—from digital campaigns and outbound sales to inside sales, account-based selling, and indirect channels. This strategic leader will drive measurable pipeline impact and serve as a key partner to Sales, Product Management, and the CRO while championing the adoption of AI tools and automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital & Performance Marketing: Drive the end-to-end digital strategy with a focus on accelerating e-commerce growth through PPC, SEO, email marketing, and paid/organic social channels; maximize ROAS and revenue impact by optimizing digital funnels.
  • Sales Enablement & Lead Generation: Partner with Sales leadership to align campaigns with revenue goals and design programs that support outbound sales and inbound RFQ conversion for inside sales.
  • AI & Technology Integration: Lead the adoption of AI-powered tools—including chatbots, automated qualification flows, and predictive lead scoring—to drive campaign optimization and efficiency.
  • Team & Leadership: Grow and lead a cross-functional marketing team (internal and agency), establish KPIs using dashboards and analytics tools, and collaborate strategically with the CRO on GTM planning and sales forecasting.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of marketing leadership experience with deep expertise in digital, e-commerce, and multi-channel B2B go-to-market strategies.
  • Advanced proficiency in AdWords, paid marketing, and e-commerce tactics.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and a strong interest in marketing innovation through technology.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), and content management platforms.
  • Exceptional leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in safety, industrial, hardware, or regulatory product categories.
  • Experience with distributor programs, co-marketing models, and field sales enablement.
  • Prior experience launching AI tools or building AI-augmented marketing workflows.
