Filigran solutions are now trusted by over 6,000 public and private organizations worldwide.
šÆ The Role
Filigran is looking for a Director of Platform Engineering to lead our platform organisation through its next phase of growth. This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the VP of Platform Engineering.
- Manage a team of 14 platform engineers
- Own the Platform Engineering roadmap execution across three distinct platform verticals ā each with its own technical scope, customers, and operational challenges

šļø The Three Verticals You'll Own
āļø Filigran Cloud
Our internallyāmanaged, bareāmetal Kubernetes platform ā the backbone of Filigran's SaaS offering. Includes provisioning, capacity planning, the full observability/monitoring/alerting stack (Grafanaābased), incident management, and SLA ownership. High reliability, high stakes.
š¦ XTM Suite Deployment Artifacts
The packaging and distribution layer that enables customers to selfāhost the XTM Suite (OpenCTI, OpenAEV, OpenGRC). Covers Helm charts, Docker Compose configurations, and Appliance images ā ensuring every deployment target is productionāgrade, wellādocumented, and easy to operate.
š ļø SaaS Management
The tooling, automation, and processes that run Filigran's SaaS operations endātoāend ā from tenant lifecycle management and provisioning to upgrades, configuration, and operational efficiency at scale.
