We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Projects to lead our project management function and ensure the successful delivery of key initiatives. In this role, you will oversee multiple projects, manage cross-functional teams, and drive organizational objectives through effective planning, execution, and evaluation. This position is ideal for a results-oriented professional with strong leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact projects across departments.
• Define project scopes, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Oversee project managers and teams, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align projects with strategic priorities.
• Develop and maintain project management frameworks, tools, and documentation.
• Report on project performance, outcomes, and KPIs to executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project or program management, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive cross-functional collaboration.
