Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects across multiple teams.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Monitor project performance, KPIs, and budgets to ensure successful outcomes.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Mentor and manage project managers and team leads, fostering professional growth.
• Ensure consistent communication with stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Implement project management methodologies, best practices, and tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management and leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Excellent strategic planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
