Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hanover, MD, for a Director of Sales and Business Development. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales operations, identifying business development opportunities, and fostering strong customer relationships. Key responsibilities include overseeing the sales team, creating target-driven plans, and building partnerships to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Sales and Sales Operations to develop and implement effective sales strategies and achieve revenue targets
• Strong skills in Business Development, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities
• Experience in Customer Service to ensure excellent client relationships and satisfaction
• Proven abilities in Team Management, with a focus on mentoring and driving a high-performing sales team
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar leadership role within sales or business development is highly desirable
