Position Overview

This is a newly created leadership role, offering the unique opportunity to build the Sales & Marketing platform from the ground up, establish structure, and lead a high-touch strategy focused on attracting discerning luxury travelers from around the world.

The role will oversee a team of three and work closely with ownership and senior leadership to elevate brand positioning, cultivate key travel relationships, and ensure the property continues to attract global attention within the ultra-luxury hospitality landscape.

Your Responsibilities

Strategic Commercial Leadership • Develop and execute the hotel’s integrated annual Sales & Marketing strategy, aligning commercial initiatives with overall business objectives and long-term brand positioning. • Identify and cultivate key demand generators across luxury leisure, corporate, private events, and global travel advisor networks. • Partner closely with the General Manager, Finance, and Revenue teams to optimize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR performance through strategic market positioning and demand generation. • Lead weekly commercial strategy meetings to review market trends, competitive activity, and sales performance.

Revenue Generation & Business Development • Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury travel advisors, corporate clients, event planners, and high-net-worth clientele. • Develop both reactive and proactive sales strategies to expand the property’s transient and group events business. • Represent the property at international luxury travel events, trade shows, and sales missions, strengthening the hotel’s presence within the global luxury travel community. • Personally cultivate marquee partnerships and high-value accounts that drive long-term revenue growth.
