Position Overview

The Director of Go-To-Market (GTM) Product Engineering is a leadership role within UKG's Digital group, reporting directly to the Vice President of GTM Product Experience. This role is crucial in evolving our enterprise systems landscape by leveraging advanced technologies to enhance value delivery and efficiency. Candidates must possess expertise in Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Exemplify and promote company values and culture while building trust and confidence within the management team.
  • Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships across Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Services teams.
  • Lead geographically diverse teams in delivering an exceptional GTM product experience.
  • Implement AI-driven innovations to modernize GTM systems and support sustainable growth.
  • Utilize AI technologies to:
    • Automate seller workflows and approvals
    • Provide real-time insights, recommendations, and next-best actions
    • Minimize manual processes in quoting, ordering, and deal execution
  • Collaborate with AI, data, and platform teams to design responsible, secure, and scalable AI integrations.
  • Achieve measurable business results from AI-driven initiatives.
  • Create self-service tools that empower sellers, enhancing sales effectiveness.
  • Establish systems that accelerate time to value through AI solutions, automated workflows, and real-time analytics.
  • Conduct research to inform effective architectural designs based on stakeholder needs.
  • Manage program execution from product definition through release and ongoing support.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of SaaS enterprise application delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with proven presentation abilities.
  • Advanced analytical, troubleshooting, and programming capabilities in complex technical environments.
  • At least 15 years in enterprise-level software development, including a minimum of 10 years leading dynamic software teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years in a director-level leadership position.
  • Exhibit high levels of intellect, integrity, and positive leadership energy.
  • Extensive experience delivering software engineering solutions for complex, scalable products across various technologies and platforms.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Demonstrated success in Salesforce implementations, including Salesforce Einstein and Agentforce.
  • Experience with product integrations and API technologies is a plus.
  • Ability to attract and nurture top talent, motivate high-performing teams, and effectively manage change.

Salary Range

The salary range for this role is $163,900.00 to $235,550.00, depending on skills, experience, and job-related knowledge. In addition to base compensation, employees may qualify for performance-based bonuses and stock unit awards. Navigate to UKG's benefits and rewards for more information.
