Position Overview

The Director of Solution Engineering leads a team of customer-facing Solution Executives aligned to Account Executives, responsible for developing technically sound, commercially viable solutions for complex electrical equipment projects. This role sits at the intersection of sales, engineering, and operations-ensuring customer requirements are translated into scalable, manufacturable, and competitive offerings. The Director drives technical sales strategy, standardization, and execution excellence across all opportunities, with a strong focus on responsiveness, accuracy, and customer confidence throughout the pre-sales lifecycle.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
