Director of Tooling & Engineering

Role Summary

Oversee project engineering, tooling, and mold development from design through production. Manage project engineers, track mold builds (domestic/offshore), support RFQs, and collaborate with toolroom, production, and customers. Perform design reviews, CAD (SolidWorks), mold flow analysis, and DFM. Drive process improvements, cost reduction, and continuous improvement in injection molding operations.

Requirements (Short)

• Bachelor’s in Engineering/Management or equivalent
• 10+ years in plastic injection molding/tooling/manufacturing
