The successful candidate will own the end-to-end user experience journey, engaging in activities from research and product discovery to interface design and creating cohesive design systems. Your impact will be driven by a strong emphasis on trader trust, product clarity, and measurable business outcomes.

As the Director of UI/UX, you will collaborate closely with product, engineering, growth, and executive leadership, nurturing a design culture focused on usability, speed, and high-impact execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and user experience strategy for a cutting-edge financial services platform.
• Drive data-informed decision-making based on user insights and metrics.
• Establish scalable UI/UX systems that enhance product usability and customer trust.

Candidate Qualifications:

• A minimum of 7 years’ experience in UI/UX or product design, with significant roles in SaaS, fintech, marketplaces, or data-heavy digital platforms.
• A robust portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX ownership and clear measurable business impact.
• Proficiency in design tools and experience leading and mentoring design teams.
• A data-driven mindset that prioritizes analytics in the design process.
