What You'll Do

Doceree is building the AI-powered Healthcare Marketing Cloud, a next-generation omnichannel platform transforming how pharmaceutical brands engage Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).

Our platform moves beyond vanity metrics like impressions and clicks toward Clinical Intent identifying critical decision-making moments and orchestrating the right engagement, across the right channel, at the right time.

As we continue scaling our AI-native platform, we are looking for a Director - Product Management (AI), to help shape the next evolution of intelligent healthcare marketing infrastructure. This individual will play a key role in defining product strategy, partnering closely with Engineering and AI teams, and translating emerging AI capabilities into enterprise-ready commercial products.

This role will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure our AI platform delivers measurable business impact for pharmaceutical clients.

Product Strategy & Vision • Lead and influence end-to-end product strategy for the Healthcare Marketing Cloud platform across all modules • Define and maintain the product roadmap, balancing innovation with commercial priorities • Conduct competitive analysis and identify positioning opportunities in the omnichannel HCP engagement space • Present roadmap, progress, and strategic direction to executive leadership and key clients

Product Execution • Drive the product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration with an AI-first approach • Create prototypes, author high-quality PRDs, user stories, and specifications that enable Engineering to execute with clarity • Drive weekly release cadences with a lean, fast-moving Engineering and Product team • Lead products from concept through commercialization in fast-moving, high-growth environments

Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner with Data Science to evolve AI-driven orchestration capabilities • Work with Design to deliver intuitive experiences for campaign configuration, journey building, and analytics • Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams during strategic client conversations, helping translate platform capabilities into business solutions • Work closely with leadership on go-to-market alignment, product positioning, and client feedback loops • Partner with Commercial leadership to align product innovation with go-to-market priorities and evolving client needs • Collaborate with a high-performing global Product and Engineering organization across the US and India

AI Platform & Architecture • Partner with Engineering and AI teams on the development of LLM-powered workflows and intelligent orchestration systems • Contribute to product direction around RAG architectures, model evaluation frameworks, fine-tuning strategies, and emerging agentic AI workflows • Help define scalable AI infrastructure and product capabilities that support enterprise healthcare marketing use cases • Work closely with technical teams building MCP server integrations and AI enablement tooling

Who You Are

Must-Have • 5-8+ years of product management experience, including at least 4 years building or scaling AI-native products • Experience leading products from concept through commercialization in fast-moving, high-growth environments • Strong understanding of modern AI ecosystems including LLMs, RAG frameworks, model evaluation methodologies, and AI orchestration workflows • Ability to operate comfortably across technical, commercial, and client-facing conversations • Strong communication and executive presentation skills • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Engineering, AI/ML, and Commercial teams • Comfortable with occasional travel for client meetings, leadership collaboration and global team engagement across the US, UK, and India

Strong Differentiators • Experience with healthcare, pharmaceutical, AdTech, MarTech, or other highly-regulated industries • Exposure to AI infrastructure, agentic systems, or cloud-scale AI products • Familiarity with MCP servers, fine-tuning strategies, or AI evaluation frameworks • Experience building enterprise SaaS or platform products with customer-facing impact • Experience working closely with enterprise clients or supporting AI-driven commercial platforms in customer-facing environments
