Your Impact

The Business Network Director of Product Management will drive product strategy and execution for our Intelligent Process Applications Portfolio accounting for $50M of Business Network annual revenue. Portfolio consists of 4 built‑for‑purpose applications which provide value beyond the core B2B Integration space. You’ll be expected to accelerate growth on two strategic applications while also refocus strategic planning on the other two applications which have untapped potential. This role will be expected to drive engagement with customers, marketing, sales leadership, and analysts to identify market opportunities and to secure and align product portfolio investments. Critical skillsets and experience include supply chain solutions, understanding of business to business integration technologies, SaaS and managed services delivery models.

What the role offers

As a Director, Product Management, you will:

• Discover and validate market problems (both within existing and future customers)
• Analyze the competitive landscape
• Determine buy/build/partner decisions
• Approve final marketing and go‑to‑market plans
• Work with key customers, analysts, and members of the field organization to gather requirements for future releases and feedback on current releases
• Establish the product roadmap, communicate your line of business vision internally, and present your strategic direction to existing and future clients
• Champion AI‑Powered Innovation within PM function to accelerate market analysis and decision making
• Manage a team of product managers to deliver products and strategies to support the Intelligent Process Applications line of enterprise business solutions

What you need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information systems, business, supply chain, or logistics & transportation. MBA is a plus
• 10+ years of Product Management experience in e‑invoicing software, B2B integration services, or enterprise resource planning software
• Experience with any of the following integration solutions: B2B supply chain, A2A, Enterprise‑class SaaS solutions
• Strong customer orientation and proven experience in sales situations
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle process and methodologies
• Strong leadership skills
• Effective at influencing and convincing others into action yet able to also be a collaborative team member
• Accustomed to working in an international environment involving multiple development sites in geographically distributed time zones
• Strong English language communication and presentation skills
