The Director – Program Management is a senior leadership role responsible for driving end‑to‑end execution of complex AI and technology programs across multiple teams and stakeholders. This role ensures that strategic priorities are translated into executable plans, delivery is governed tightly, and outcomes are achieved on time and at the required quality. The Director – Program Management combines strong program leadership, delivery execution, and consulting‑grade stakeholder management. The role is accountable for orchestrating delivery across business, product, engineering, architecture, and governance teams, while ensuring client‑facing delivery quality, pace, and decision clarity across the program.

Responsibilities

  • Own program governance, progress tracking, and delivery reporting across leadership and working teams
  • Ensure delivery remains outcome‑focused, with clear accountability for milestones, risks, and decisions
  • Lead delivery teams with a client‑service mindset, ensuring quality of outputs, responsiveness, and stakeholder confidence
  • Apply consulting‑grade problem structuring to convert ambiguous objectives into actionable workplans and decision points

Qualifications – Skills and attributes for success

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 12 to 15 years of experience in technology consulting (AI solutions), program delivery, transformation execution, or large‑scale technology initiatives
  • Strong leadership experience managing complex cross‑functional programs with multiple stakeholders and workstreams
  • Proven ability to lead delivery teams in high‑accountability environments with strong expectations on output quality and pace
  • Experience in client delivery, technology consulting, or AI/digital transformation delivery environments
  • Strong program governance capability, including planning, risk management, escalation management, and executive reporting
  • Experience working closely with engineering and product teams on technology or AI‑enabled programs
  • Strong problem‑structuring and decision‑support skills, with the ability to convert ambiguity into actionable plans
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging senior executives
