Director of Project Delivery

Job Summary

• Our client is recruiting an experienced Director of Project Delivery to lead end-to-end execution of large-scale energy infrastructure and renewable energy projects across Africa.
• The successful candidate will oversee engineering design, EPC execution, commissioning, and operational handover while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• This role requires deep technical expertise, leadership experience, and the ability to manage complex multi-country infrastructure projects.

Requirements

• Engineering degree required; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years experience in energy infrastructure project delivery
• Strong EPC project management and execution experience
• Experience delivering renewable energy or gas infrastructure projects
• PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification required
• Experience working across African markets
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel across multiple project locations.
