Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
• 5-7 years of leadership experience in healthcare recruitment, overseeing clinical and non-clinical hiring.
• SHRM-SCP certification highly desirable.
• Proven experience with enterprise ATS implementation, preferably Oracle Recruit Cloud.
• Deep understanding of recruitment best practices and regulatory compliance in the healthcare sector.
• Knowledgeable in contract law, labor relations, and performance improvement within healthcare systems.
