About
As a Director, Talent Solutions, FPG, you will play a vital role in shaping the strategic direction and driving differentiation within your designated Randstad Professional region, directly impacting our future success. You will direct revenue growth and profitability for Randstad Finance and Accounting by applying our mission and guiding principles to the regional operational plan. This role requires impact-driven leadership to manage day-to-day operations and ensure the sustainability of the business, while also setting the cultural standard for aligning actions with our corporate values
Your day is centered on dynamic organizational leadership, where you will regularly report to the senior leadership team and communicate all relevant business matters, including organizational strategy and leadership updates. You’ll be creating and maintaining a positive company culture through regular meetings with employees, which includes monthly one-on-ones with direct reports and weekly group sessions to ensure effective communication of the company vision. A proactive approach is key, as you develop and execute market growth plans and strategies for operating units and business segment
Responsibilities
- Exceeding monthly and annual revenue projections, ensuring financial targets are met through personal and team productive
- Providing mentorship and overseeing the professional development of team members, coaching individuals for top performance and coordinating skill development
- Developing and maintaining a sustainable succession plan to prepare the region for future growth and change
- Implementing, tracking, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement strategies and measure results
- Measuring and rewarding team production results, sales activities, margin levels, and new client acquisition
- Overseeing the overall financial performance, market share, and public image of the region within provided guideline
- Fostering good relationships among community members and promoting a client/talent-centric mindset across the team
- Making timely decisions based on strong analytical skills and an understanding of their financial and human ramification
Qualifications
- Proven 5+ years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry
- Demonstrated success as a top-performing Sales Consultant, Account Manager, or Branch Manager, and as a Sales Manager in the recruitment industry
- Strong sales skills and a proven ability to create and communicate a company vision and strategy
- Possession of professional and personal integrity, with a strong drive for results and perseverance
- Comprehensive understanding and management of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow, and operating statement
- Expertise in problem analysis and resolution at both strategic and tactical level
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop others, and to motivate, direct, delegate, and build a successful team
