Job Description: Distribution Sales Manager
The Distribution Sales Manager is responsible for maintaining sales productivity, supporting sales staff with their tasks, and ensuring that business objectives are achieved without disruption.
The Distribution Sales Manager is responsible for up-selling and fulfillment/replenishment, focusing on execution and merchandising. This person will be accountable for retention and penetration of large format customers by geography and handling on-premise customers. Supporting Keurig Dr Pepper brands like 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai, and other fan favorites to retail stores within the assigned territory.

Shift and Schedule: • Full-time • Commencing work at 7:00am until it is completed • Monday-Friday • Weekend and holiday availability may be needed periodically
Sales Manager Responsibilities: • Promote Keurig Dr Pepper brands effectively to drive growth, increase market share, expand distribution channels, and achieve targeted volume goals without relying on an Account Manager. • Communicate with essential contacts at assigned accounts before sales to introduce new products, special offers, marketing materials, store designs, beverage section enhancements, and service expectations. • Establish and carry out a scheme to reorganize beverage shelf placements in order to enhance the profitability of Keurig Dr Pepper brands. • Collaborate in the establishment of redesigned beverage sections, exhibits, and placement of promotional content following company standards. • Display and replenish Keurig Dr Pepper products within the specified beverage department, utilizing racks and secondary placements. • Provide help with the sale, positioning, and rotation of vendors in chain store accounts. Conduct regular inspections to ensure that the vendors are working properly, clean, and stocked with a wide selection of products. • Monitor and keep accurate sales records for assigned accounts, which involves developing special reports on promotional efforts, competitive sales analysis, and space utilization. • Secure enough back stock in each account to ensure the availability of products for in-store stocking and merchandising.
Requirements of Sales Manager: • Months of customer service experience in a retail atmosphere or a sales position with targets for sales and promoting additional products. • Proficiency in lifting, pushing, and pulling objects weighing at least 50 pounds on a repetitive basis. • Having a current driver's license in one's possession. • Verification of car insurance. • Access to a reliable mode of transportation.
