Our spectrum ranges from the conception and implementation of complete IT and network infrastructures, analysis and optimization of business and IT processes, on-site support, DMS consulting and implementation, to the creation of customer-specific applications and systems. Our process-optimized company structure enables us to act flexibly and dynamically.

Your Responsibilities

• Responsible for the implementation and configuration of document management systems (DMS), such as ELO ECM Suite or DocuWare
• Extension of the DMS through programming, scripting, and customizing specific customer requirements
• Independent coordination and control of project planning and implementation
• Support in technical customer consulting together with consulting to map tailor-made solution concepts for individual customer business processes in the DMS
• Development of scripts for automating business processes in the DMS and for connecting to third-party systems or interfaces
• Responsible for identifying and resolving technical problems and for carrying out support measures
• Quality assurance for implemented solutions
• Creation of technical documentation, project reports, and implementation concepts

Your Skills

• Completed training as an IT specialist for application development or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in software development or customizing
• Initial experience with the administration or configuration of document management systems
• At least 3 years of professional experience in practical project execution is desirable
• Practical experience in recording and creating requirement profiles and in solution-specific implementation
• Agile working methods, commitment, flexibility, and team orientation characterize you
• High communication skills and strong service orientation
• Confident communication in German and English IT technical language, both spoken and written
• Driver's license class B is an advantage
