Draughtsperson (Civil)

A growing Civil Engineering business is looking for a Draughtsperson who can take ownership of drawings and deliver accurate, high-quality work with minimal supervision. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently and translating engineering requirements into clear, practical designs. Duties & Responsibilities

• Drafting qualification (CETA or similar)

• 2–4 years’ experience in civil drafting

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (non-negotiable)

• Experience with Revit (advantageous)

• Ability to work independently and take ownership

• Produce detailed Civil Engineering drawings

• Work closely with engineers and technicians to interpret design requirements

• Ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications

• Manage drawing revisions and updates efficiently

• Deliver work independently with minimal oversight
