Driver Recruiter

Triple Eight Transport is an asset based carrier company with terminals in Abbotsford BC, Calgary AB, and Acheson AB. We provide full-truckload transportation services to and from all major cities in Western Canada and the United States!

Triple Eight Transport Inc. is growing and is in search for a proven strong leader and a communicator with proven relationship or team building skills to join our Team.

We are currently looking for a Driver Recruiter to join our team! The Driver Recruiter is responsible for the full cycle recruitment process including assessing, qualifying and onboarding qualified professional drivers to meet our customer’s needs.

Responsibilities

• All types of professional correspondence with Drivers in timely manner.
• Coordinating with all team members to ensure documents are completed in full.
• Assist accounting with any request when required.
• Maintain files related to drivers, and fleet.
• Assisting / Educating drivers when required with paperwork, and procedures.
• Enter new orders into the system and maintain the customer portals with up to date information.
• Provide administrative support including generation of reports, presentations, policies and general correspondence documents.
• Prepare and submit weekly reports for internal review as well as per client requests.
• Other duties as required

Qualifications

• Works effectively as a part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Proven team player with ability to align position goals with corporate strategic goals
• Proven strength in communication and relation building
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience would be required
• Some post-secondary education is an asset
• Strong time management skills with the proven ability to multitask
• Strong work ethic and superior attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Must be legally allowed to work full time in Canada

Wage

• Negotiable based on Experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
