About the Dürr Graduate Program

Would you like to take on responsibility directly after completing your Master's degree, gain broad knowledge in various company areas in Software Engineering & Data Science, and gain international work experience? The Dürr Group Graduate Program offers all of this.

During the 16-month program, you will go through at least four different stations, which you can help shape individually. This gives you the opportunity to gain insights into our brands such as Dürr, Schenck, and Homag. Possible locations include Bietigheim-Bissingen, Darmstadt, or Schopfloch. Furthermore, you will complete a station abroad, gaining work experience in an international context.

What you bring

• Your Education: A very good Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, Mathematics, or a comparable degree program.
• Your Experience: Relevant practical experience in the form of internships, a thesis, or working student activities in the field of Software Engineering or Data Science, ideally in an industrial company.
• Your Travel Readiness: Completed a stay abroad during studies or work. Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Your Soft Skills: Teamwork skills, communication skills, analytical skills, commitment, and initiative.
• Your Qualities: Entrepreneurial thinking, interest in new technologies, and willingness to take responsibility, motivation for continuous learning, and interest in economic contexts.
• Your Language Skills: Very good German and English language skills.
