Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

• Build and maintain custom Drupal modules, themes, and configurations for claims intake.
• Implement state‑specific extensions to meet unique regulatory or business requirements.
• Ensure all interfaces comply with USWDS design standards and Section 508 accessibility guidelines.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, business analysts, and QA testers to refine and deliver features.
• Optimize Drupal performance, scalability, and security for production environments.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support for deployed solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in PHP/Drupal development.
• Strong knowledge of Drupal theming, custom module development, and configuration management.
• Hands‑on experience with USWDS (U.S. Web Design System) standards.
