Tasks

• Design and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure product quality and functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and address any defects or inconsistencies.
• Lead and mentor junior QA engineers, providing guidance on best practices and testing methodologies.
• Perform thorough regression testing to verify that software updates do not adversely affect existing functionalities.
• Analyze test results, document defects, and communicate findings to the development team for prompt resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
• Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
