Your Mission

Act as a trusted advisor to SMB clients — turning business goals into scalable advertising strategies and long-term partnerships.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospect – pitch – close
  • Identify and engage high-potential SMB clients (outbound + inbound leads)
  • Present tailored ad solutions (Promoted Pins, Shopping Ads, Video Ads)
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of advertising clients
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Track pipeline, forecasts, and performance via Salesforce
  • Collaborate with BDR teams to optimize lead quality

Requirements

  • Dutch or German (B2+) + English (B2+)
  • Experience in digital advertising sales or B2B account management
  • Strong outbound prospecting and closing skills
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Ability to translate data into compelling business narratives
  • Target-driven and commercially focused mindset

Compensation

  • Monthly: €2,200 – €2,600 gross + bonus
  • Annual: €26,710 – €31,000 gross (base + up to €4,290 bonus)
