Senior / Expert C# Developer

What we will accomplish together:

You will join a high‑impact Capital Markets IT environment, working on mission‑critical systems used daily by trading, risk management, and regulatory reporting teams. Your work will have a direct impact on the stability, performance, and long‑term evolution of a strategic platform supporting multiple asset classes (rates, FX, credit, equities, inflation, commodities).

Your mission (should you choose to accept it!):

As a Senior / Expert C# Developer, you will contribute to the evolution of a complex financial platform built on a plugin‑based architecture and deeply integrated with numerous internal systems. You will play a key role in a Next‑Generation initiative, aimed at strengthening scalability, performance, and technical consistency across the platform.

Your day‑to‑day responsibilities:

• Design and develop high‑value back‑end features in C# / .NET
• Write robust, efficient, and maintainable code
• Refactor and optimize existing components to improve performance and scalability
• Design and evolve APIs consumed by multiple internal teams
• Implement and maintain automated tests (TDD / BDD)
• Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices
• Contribute to cross‑team activities: versioning, regression testing, releases
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, DevOps, and QA teams

Your future team:

You will be part of a community of senior technical experts, organized into autonomous delivery teams with dedicated product backlogs, while collaborating with a central team responsible for architecture, optimization, and technical standards.

You are someone who:

• Has proven expert‑level experience in C# and the .NET ecosystem
• Brings strong experience in back‑end / server‑side or desktop application development
• Is highly comfortable with algorithms, data structures, and SQL
• Has a strong focus on application performance and code quality
• Enjoys understanding how frameworks and APIs work internally, not just how to use them
• Is experienced with Git and collaborative development workflows
• Is familiar with TDD / BDD practices
• Communicates fluently in English, both written and spoken
• Works autonomously while remaining collaborative, supportive, and humble

Prior exposure to capital markets or financial products is a plus, but not mandatory.
