About

Our client in the Industry sector is looking for a Java Spring Boot Developer H/F.

Our client, specializing in connected IoT, is undergoing a major transformation. The company is evolving from a connected object manufacturer model to a cloud services operator model. The objective is to industrialize an existing platform to scale from 7,000 to 40,000 IoT devices in production by the end of 2026.

The developer will join a team primarily based in Canéjan, near Bordeaux.

Responsibilities

As part of this strong growth, the mission consists of strengthening the technical team and contributing to the industrialization of an IoT cloud platform.

The profile will be involved in:

• Development and industrialization of the connected object management platform
• Improving the robustness and reliability of the system, transitioning from PoC to large-scale production
• Implementing quality development practices, including TDD and hexagonal architecture

Qualifications

Essential Technical Skills

• Proficient Java with a minimum of 5 years of experience
• Spring Boot
• Strong focus on industrial quality: robustness, reliability, performance
• Mastery of TDD (Test-Driven Development)
• Knowledge of hexagonal architectures

Appreciated Skills

• Interest in IoT protocols (CoAP, Oscore, etc.), with possibilities for internal training
• Experience in industrial computing

Human Profile

• Experienced / Intermediate profile
• Focus on quality and robustness rather than exploring new technologies
• Autonomy and ability to quickly integrate into an existing team

• Interview 2: Technical interview of approximately 30 minutes with the tech lead
