Brief description of the position

To meet the needs of its clients in the IT sector, FOP EXPERTS CONSEILS is seeking motivated IT Project Management Consultants to take part in various assignments. The main responsibilities include coordinating the different phases of the project lifecycle (implementation of technological solutions) for clients, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables, and contributing to various continuous improvement initiatives related to IT processes and systems.

Main responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Participate in the design of software architectures and the selection of technologies
  • Design and develop modules, components, and user interfaces according to established specifications
  • Perform unit testing and contribute to integration and validation testing
  • Participate in the analysis and resolution of production incidents
  • Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of existing systems
  • Ensure code quality, compliance with standards, and maintainability of delivered solutions
  • Participate in team meetings and report on progress, challenges, and potential solutions
  • Adhere to project timelines and deliverables
  • Support the project manager or coordinator in planning and coordinating work when required
  • Produce technical documentation in accordance with the Ministry’s standards (Macroscope methodology)
  • Participate in knowledge transfer activities and provide production support
  • Collaborate in the implementation of fixes and system enhancements

Qualifications

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.Sc.) in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in .NET web development.
  • Have a minimum of three (3) years of experience using all of the following languages and frameworks:
    • HTML
    • CSS or Bootstrap
    • jQuery
    • JavaScript
    • Frameworks (Vue.js, Angular, etc.)
  • Have a minimum of three (3) years of experience using all of the following tools:
    • Visual Studio 2019 or later
    • SQL Server 2016 or later
    • .NET Framework 4.8 or higher
    • .NET Core 3.1 or higher
    • Entity Framework
    • DevOps
  • Have participated in at least two (2) mandates/projects of more than six (6) months each, in which Agile methodology was applied.
