Program Details
We are partnering with femmes@numérique for a 100% female internship. This internship allows participants to discover Believe and the roles of different teams within an international digital company. Participants will also get an overview of careers related to product and tech: data, cybersecurity, workplace, development, etc.
Organization
The internship takes place in two parts:
- 80% of the program is supervised by the association Toi Demain, including orientation workshops, a discovery of careers at Believe, and meetings with female professionals.
- 20% is an immersion within the tech & product teams, in a non-mixed format (100% girls), to observe the teams' operations, discover their daily missions, and discuss their career paths.
