We are opening a position for a Senior Full Stack Developer to strengthen a development team working on strategic, high-value-added applications, based in Geneva. The role is part of a modern technical environment, with a strong emphasis on quality, collaboration, and autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain back-end features in Java with the Spring ecosystem.
• Develop high-performance and user-friendly front-end interfaces in React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Participate in defining the application architecture and technical design choices.
• Model systems and produce clear, usable documentation.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, version management, and production deployments.
• Work in close collaboration with business teams to understand and translate functional needs.
• Actively participate in agile rituals and the continuous improvement of team practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software development.
• Excellent command of back-end development in Java / Spring.
• Solid front-end experience with React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Proven ability to design robust and scalable architectures.
• Good knowledge of DevOps practices, continuous integration, and delivery processes.
• Ease in agile and collaborative environments.
• High degree of autonomy, analytical skills, and sense of responsibility.
