Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a four-person Chip Engineering team

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering required, graduate preferred
- At least 10 years in product engineering for photonics
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of manufacturing standards
- Familiarity with project management tools
- Willingness to travel internationally for business needs
